Afters

Technically these are "semi-afters". Since we pretty much gained more space than we have stuff this will be a work in progress for a while! We'll start out front.

If I don't kill my "tester" plant ...there will be some potted plants added in the near future!

and maybe some upgraded furniture for the porch. Now moving inside....

downstairs living....take note of the bookshelves...you won't see them like that ever again. I have this new obsession with rearranging them nearly everyday. Probably because I'm using stuff we have and trying not to go crazy with the purchases.

one thing we will be adding are a coffee table, rug and slipper chairs. When they will be added is anybodys guess.

 

still trying to find that perfect piece to go above the buffet.

I have managed to get plenty of "stuff to fill the pantry! :) moving upstairs....

This is the only part of the master that is acceptable to show and it needs lamps and something on the walls. The bathroom still looks the same as move in and the nook to the right of this pic is in the process of being turned into a "cute" mini office space.

oh and the closet ...nothing makes me happier than an organized closet!!

Our tv room that side will be movie themed....

and this side is our sports wall (once I get the items from the floor onto the wall I can start looking for seating to go on that wall)

our guestroom is ready to go!!

as is the guest bath...hint...hint people!

I've also discovered this weekend that yardwork isn't near as fun as it looks. I always see the neighbors out gardening , pulling weeds, watering plants...they look so happy and relaxed with their cute little hats and gloves. After spraying this morning, I pulled weeds for an hour in our tiny yard this afternoon and hated every dirty, itchy, frustrating second.
