 As promised- here are the pictures of our house taken on the day it was inspected. As you can see we have a lot of work to do to make it our own and have put a significant amount of work in already, but there is much, much more to come. So here we go.....

our small, but big enough for us backyard that needs an overhaul

As you can see there is a laundry list of things to do including but not limited to: painting all walls and trim and changing out carpet, tile and blinds to make the house brighter; new light fixtures and fans; ripping out the hideous fireplace and bookshelves; restoring the backyard that was torn up by the previous owner's dog; refinish kitchen cabinets, new countertop and backsplash and lighting; and complete reno of the master and guest baths.

Next up I'll post the progress we've made on our living room. Doesn't look like the same house.
