Hair Products, Elton John & Billy Joel!

For those of you with fine hair you know it can be a blessing or a curse. Scratch that. It's generally always a curse. I have fine hair but am fortunate to have A LOT of fine hair. The sucky part is that unless you have fine hair that's curly, your hair is generally going to look like it's stuck to your head and take a small arsenal of hair product to give it any sort of lift or body. I am personally not a fan of putting 6 different products in my hair to get it to look half decent so my hair often ends up in a ponytail.

Then I met this little guy.

It's a tiny bottle of powder (no, not dry shampoo) by Big Sexy Hair called Powder Play. After you blow dry your hair you lift up a section of hair around the crown of your noggin', sprinkle a little on the roots of the underside of the section, let you hair down, give yourself a little scalp massage and voila! Instant lift!

 It's my new best friend.

On another note Daniel and I went to see Elton John & Billy Joel last night. By far the most amazing concert I've ever been to. Ever. I didn't bring my fancy camera so please excuse my not so stellar point & shoot pics. They came out and sang a few songs together, then each did their own set and came back together for a few more for a total of 3 1/2 hours of amazingness!!

 Luckily my little Canon also takes video (also not the greatest quality) so I got to film some of the concert. Here's Billy Joel & Sir Elton John (and half of OKC) singing "Piano Man"
